Rachel earned her J.D., cum laude, from the SMU Dedman School of Law and holds a B.A., cum laude, in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University. During law school, she received recognition for her advocacy skills through moot court competitions and served in a leadership role on law review.

After beginning her legal career in the nonprofit sector, Rachel served domestic and international ministries focused on justice initiatives, organizational integrity, and child protection. Her work included investigations, prosecutions support, governance counseling, policy development, and crisis communications. At PNT, she combines her experience as both legal counsel and communications professional to help clients navigate investigations, litigation, governance matters, and organizational risk. Her background also supports the firm's white-collar defense and litigation practices.
